Were you ever excited at the thought of practicing yoga with your little ones? Have you ever wondered how kids respond to yoga, how we tailor the practice to them, and how they too can benefit from it? If so, come with your child(ren) & experience it for yourself.
Ideally, each child should come with a parent, with a maximum of 2 children per parent. These classes are suitable for children aged between 3 and 10 years old; but please let us know if your kid is younger/older and we’ll assess your particular situation.
